The owner’s brief for his residence seems to be a multi dwelling residential property amongst four brothers. Where each floor would rather be simple – two bedroom, living space, kitchen and an outdoor terrace for enjoying the outdoor leisure. A common temple within the site location was required.

 

In order to cope with the project requirements a very conventional and linear style was adopted in planning the series of flats at each floor. These flats are designed onto a grid at varying distances in the form of straight lines and simple geometric shapes for showcasing elevation from the house. Thus unblocking out intriguing views from windows in living space and simultaneously permitting ventilation into the accommodation and outdoor area. The elevation looks subtle in white plastered paint which continue vertically from the ground up to the entire terrace creating a well-defined semi-outdoor living space in a White Themed Apartment.
